CurrentData Analysis and Predictive Modeling:• Use statistical methods to review effectiveness of direct marketing campaigns in order to recommend improvements in strategy to the client.• Advise the team and resolve any analytical requests that may come up internally or from the client.• Build and optimize predictive models using different tools, such us R, TreeNet, and MS SQL, tailored for the business needs of the client.• Interface with data and client teams to efficiently and accurately deploy models for campaign use.• Analyze campaign data to monitor the performance of the predictive models, making adjustments when necessary.Research and Development:• Research, analyze, and make recommendations of possible usage and impact of new data assets.• Develop and improve on standard practice with regards to quality control, campaign deployment, and data analysis.• Create data analysis and reporting tools to be used by the company, including scripts and functions in SQL and R, and Excel worksheets.
