NOTOX Surfboards Australia is determined to tackle the issue of sustainable surfing head-on by bringing innovative, ecologically-friendly surfboard technology to Australian shores.My main role for this project was to develop from scratch the look and feel and customer experience of the Australian website in alignment with the brand guidelines and provide guidance on the digital marketing strategies to adopt using industry best practices.I also hired and managed a web developer for this project.My role was further extended by providing cart abandonment emails, SEO strategy leading to appear in top 3 positions of the site on sustainability keywords in Australia, and top 10 globally.https://notoxsurfboards.com.au/

My role was to improve and automatise the lead management for SMB and Enterprise products for Trend Micro EMEA. The first part of this project was to automatize the lead management, giving more valuable information to the sales team in order to increase their conversion rate when reaching the customer.- The challenges were to retire old EMEA systems in order to integrate the tools used by Trend Micro globally, while retaining the EMEA particularities, like languages, sales processes, etc., and connecting Salesforce and our different internal databases.- I have been using Audience Stream from Tealium. Using this powerful tool I have been able to deliver all the leads into Salesforce. This, in turn, allowed me to feed all real time visit information to the Sales team. At that time I worked closely with the Tealium development team in order to integrate their tool into the Trend Micro environment and also to shape their product to work with Salesforce.- The second phase was to implement Marketo in our EMEA instance. I was involved in all decisions with regard to rolling out a Marketing Automation tool, and delivered automated programs such as personalized email campaigns, lead nurturing, lead scoring, Salesforce integration, and advanced registration processes.

Multiple roles in Marketing supporting the Consumer product range for EMEA.As highlights:- Automation of a Trial Program using Oracle Responsys: The creation of 3 trial programs in 11 languages increasing the Trial conversion rate, and giving a 30 day projection of the trial revenue.- Content management: Increasing the time on site and number of pages read, creation of landing pages to increase product trials, and working with creative agencies and copy writers- Implementation and management of product reviews using Bazaarvoice for our Consumer and SMB products. I furthermore automatized the process of answering such reviews based on moderation codes and provided guidelines to to our outsourced technical team and outsourced billing team.
