About Julien Bailly

With over 10 years of experience in digital marketing and online sales, Julien Bailly is a visionary eco-entrepreneur and business development consultant. He holds an MBA from INSEEC U, a leading business school in France, and has worked in diverse markets and industries across the world, including Argentina, France, Ireland, Australia and now in Sri Lanka.Since 2019, he has been pursuing his passion for hospitality and sustainability, developing the bamboo supply chain in Sri Lanka and creating Una Gama, a company that will provide high-quality, graded, and treated bamboo for construction.     My role was to improve and automatise the lead management for SMB and Enterprise products for Trend Micro EMEA. The first part of this project was to automatize the lead management, giving more valuable information to the sales team in order to increase their conversion rate when reaching the customer.- The challenges were to retire old EMEA systems in order to integrate the tools used by Trend Micro globally, while retaining the EMEA particularities, like languages, sales processes, etc., and connecting Salesforce and our different internal databases.- I have been using Audience Stream from Tealium. Using this powerful tool I have been able to deliver all the leads into Salesforce. This, in turn, allowed me to feed all real time visit information to the Sales team. At that time I worked closely with the Tealium development team in order to integrate their tool into the Trend Micro environment and also to shape their product to work with Salesforce.- The second phase was to implement Marketo in our EMEA instance. I was involved in all decisions with regard to rolling out a Marketing Automation tool, and delivered automated programs such as personalized email campaigns, lead nurturing, lead scoring, Salesforce integration, and advanced registration processes.
