Drove interfaces to the MSN Messenger Client from intra-divisional, intra-company, and external company partners. -Drove the innovation of the Antivirus integration into the messenger product, ensured that partner teams were able to have the proper interfaces to their products to make their products successful. -Drove innovation into the system of new extensibility features to provide new set of messenger interfaces for internal and external customers within the Windows Live Messenger product. -Presented internally and externally at conferences and meetings along the theme of Messenger extensibility. Wrote many samples, of specific architecture deliverables for internal and external customer consumption.-Offline Web Services Platform Owner-Owner of the re-architecture of the messenger product to include specific modular programming techniques to ease the development process and innovation on the product.

-Owned Receiving Connections, Sending Connections, Connectors, Routing, Categorizer, Queuing, DSN;s, Message Tracking and Protocol Logging for Exchange Services-Responsible for the functional specifications for the Exchange Transport, drove Dev/Test to ensure that checkin times are accurate-Prepared and presented component reviews for Edge Milestones. -Defined the nomenclature of the new products design.-Drove the specific component plans of transport for Exchange 12 milestones-Owned Exchange 2003 SP1 and SP2 Transport including:the relationship with Hotmail releases of SMTP servers to their infrastructure-Drove the feature set of the MTA X.400 and other gateway implementations on Exchange 2000-Owned the SEO event interface API’s which programmers use to create plug-ins to the SMTP Server.-Ran daily triage, Represented issues in Exchange Warteam, Product Triage, and Windows Warteam-Session speaker at Tech-Ed US, Presented Keynote session speaker for Tech-Ed Hong Kong-Handled Customer Calls/Issues with regards to shipping products, and future direction planning-Lead the component plans for Transport in Exchange 2003 SP2 -Responsible for the schedule planning for Longhorn deliverables from SMTP-Coordinated and gained approval for code checkin to Windows for SMTP for GDR, TP, Windows XP SP1, Windows 2003 SP1 and -Reviewed Longhorn plans with executives from the Windows Division-Successfully gained approval to remove features of SMTP from -Windows Longhorn SKU’s via Removal Review process-Owned the System Management experience for Edge server.-Drove Customer Usability Studies for the type of user experience in order to get the best customers customer satisfaction. -Drove the Strategic Reviews of System Management for Edge Server-Worked to produce the initial task taxonomy for Edge Server -Initiated Cross Group work to leverage the Dev/Test System Management Resources shared among product groups

-Owner and feature driver for Move Mailbox, which is a major incentive for users to move from older platforms of Exchange to the newer Exchange 2003 platform.-Owner and feature driver for Exchange 2003’s Windows Management Interfaces (WMI) as well as CDOEXM. Ensured that the information about the public interfaces were shipped in the Exchange SDK as API’s-Owned the Mailbox Administrative Features of Exchange Transport-Presented at TechEd USA and TechEd Intl Malaysia. Met with many customers informally with regards to their feelings about the use of Exchange 2003-Drove the initial Exchange Server 2003 investigations on the use of a task based UI and a command shell for task execution-Owned the Mailbox UI and the Command line interface of the -Drove the usability coordination with the usability team to get the users perspective on the User interface based on the Small Business owner user type.

-Developed features, fixed bugs and added to the design of the teams test harness system, written with .Net framework in C#.-Owned the development, design, and bug fixes to the API required to pass parameters into the teams test harness system.
