  Manage NAR grassroots advocacy efforts in assigned states, implementing and modernizing advocacy tools and resources.Work with states and boards to encourage and provide guidance on political candidate interview process, and RPAC contribution process.Provide written political and legislative analysis for all incumbent, challenger and open seat races on the federal level based on state assignments.Utilize grassroots advocacy analytics and data to inform overall strategy.Develop and implement strategy and tactics to organize REALTOR® involvement in the election of pro-REALTOR® candidates.Build and maintain relationships with state/local REALTOR® association government affairs directors and other advocacy staff.In partnership with NAR’s Advocacy team, stay up to date on relevant policy issues, legislation and regulations.Provide subject matter expertise to ensure state/local grassroots messaging and collateral that is relevant and aligns with organizational goals.Promote Political Advocacy grant programs to state and local associations
