My Game Changer Days stared at my first job. This is where I learned that EVERYTHING was about the Customer/Client First...Last...& Always in your heart and mind!Sales & marketing were my early business background as I documented 25-30 cold calls per day.Then my career changed to teaching bankers how to become aggressive marketeers as the Director of Sales and Marketing for the Bakersfield District of Bank of America (our District moved from last place to first place in our Region in 18 months).After 7 years I found my career changing once again to finance & business management development at BofA as I became a Vice President & Branch Manager for ten years. The first branch I was given was scheduled to be closed my Team doubled the business in one year, and we built on those results for five years. The next branch I was sent to was the lowest performing branch in the District. My Team tripled the business and we became the only branch in the district (35 branches) whose deposit base grew each year.I left BofA to learn the mergers and acquisition craft from a master at Aegis Bancorp. All of these mentors, job trainings and careers have prepared me for my duties today. The Game Changer philosophy has NEVER varied.
