Served in a pivotal executive role overseeing commercial, partner and technical aspects, reporting directly to the Global Practice head for the global business group. Leads a team of 15 director-level professionals across diverse industries, such as retail, banking, healthcare, manufacturing, and technology, accountable for driving effective outcomes for Fortune 2000 customers transitioning their digital assets to Google Cloud.

Lead the orchestration, enablement and acceleration of digital transformation efforts for our North American Banking and Financial Services sector, with the near-term goal to drive over a $B in annualized services sales revenue. Oversee the GTM strategy and execution for sell-with efforts with Google Cloud sales leadership, account and delivery teams to leverage programs, incentives and offerings to support Cognizant-centric solutions and Points-of-View.

Led the partner strategy and sell-with sales development efforts for an enterprise DevOps consultancy in North America, acquired by Cognizant in October 2019. Regularly engaged with key hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, and Azure) as well as selected strategic partners, to engage in activities that drove joint business outcomes. I spearhead the efforts to develop joint partner engagement strategies that involve account planning and advisory offerings, partner interlocking conversations, workshops and coordinating partner marketing efforts all designed to build, scale and grow the business.

Responsible for developing the sales engagement strategies to accelerate routes to market for a cloud services portfolio through CenturyLink’s indirect channels. Executed on those strategies to ensure the CenturyLink Cloud Business Units revenue goals were realized. Provided leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.

Led the sales and engagement efforts in support of CenturyLink’s Cloud Partner Program across three international regions, growing year-over-year at double digits. Led sales, training and development activities for over 15 Alliance Managers and engaged in territory strategy, partner development and revenue generation. Demonstrated ability to develop trust, negotiate strategic outcomes and work directly with a broad group of senior executives to achieve long-term, successful business outcomes.
