Developed and implemented warehouse KPIs and labor planning and forecasting which resulted in productivity gains of 50% and lowered operating costs by 15%, implemented new budgeting tool and reporting process which resulted in improved productivity and accountability for P&L results. Implementation included labor outsourcing to Cardinal, EDI order transmissions and synchronization of order flows with the automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS) in the distribution center. Inventory level reductions of 25% and fill-rates above 98% were maintained. Successful conversion to SAP was also completed during this time and no customer impacts resulted from the first day of changeover. -
