I research and write on topics such as the job market and unemployment. I also research the existing home trends as well as new home construction and new home sales data. I write monthly articles regarding projecting the Employment Situation numbers and explaining what happened.

I researched consumer products that may contain California Proposition 65 Chemicals. We identified chemicals in products that may cause developmental or reproductive problems and chemicals in products that could cause cancer. We double checked product disclosures with the ingredient lists. I set up a system to research the new chemicals that were constantly being added to the list and be prepared for the dates where complaints could be filed.

My position with Triangle J Council of Governments was cut due to funding cuts from the State of North Carolina.I enjoy researching land use topics, especially Low Impact Development and Emergency management. I spoke on the barriers to implementing Low Impact Development techniques from the government, developer, designer, and public point of views.

My primary responsibility is to research the ways that counties and communities plan and finance capital improvement projects.

My primary responsibilities were to creating the zoning and comprehensive plan amendment maps and their corresponding GIS layers, and maintain the preliminary site plans, site plans, and final plats in digital form and link them with GIS polygons.

My primary responsibilities were to work with relocating buyers and sellers and to work with residents of the Triad in the listing and selling of residential real estate.

I worked with the Burlington BNI chapter to grow its membership and to improve the networking skills of the chapter members.

I worked as a Residential Real Estate Salesperson in Brookfield for one year, and in Glendale for almost 9 years. The final five years I specialized in Downtown Milwaukee Condominiums.

Federated Realty Group became Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage during the summer of 1999. A more precise entry would show me only working for the new group for one summer. It is still accurate to say I was with either organization for the same period of time - I did work in the Brookfield office of FRG from November 1990- October 1991

My work required me to call on Formularies, Pharmacies, Wholesalers, Physician Assistants, Nurses, and Doctors to promote a line of ethical pharmaceuticals. The product line consisted of Cold medicine, Allergy medicine, and prenatal vitamins. The territory orginally consisted of 11 counties and was reconfigured to three counties - Dane, Jefferson, and Waukesha.
