I have also been involved with the mechanical design of riser pulling systems, main and auxiliary winching systems and coil tubing facilities, Manifold and Gantry pipe support design and details. Topside module layouts, specifically pipe routing and equipment layout of process and utility systems for separation, gas-lift, gas-compression and power generation modules, tanker offloading facilities.Layouts of main and sub pipe racks, relief piping systems and knock-out facilities, flare tower piping, marine deck tank piping and crude oil washing systems also designs for fire and safety deluge protection systems, sprinklers and foam monitors. I also provided assistance to lead engineers with design proposals, preparation of bid estimates, equipment specifications, long lead item identification, Technical bid evaluations, tender and procurement assistance.Input to relevant HSE/Safety reviews and client model reviews. Mechanical handling studies assisting mechanical discipline in material handling matters relative to turret and topside equipment maintenance, co-ordination with all disciplines on all aspects for interface and integration.
