John Bayley has held various financial positions up to and including CFO in restaurant and retail companies. He has been on the senior management teams of both franchisor and franchisee organizations and has developed an in depth understanding of the issues involved in those relationships. He has also been involved in repositioning, work out, and turnaround situations which included taking an acquired chain from an $8 million operating loss to a $1 million profit in 18 months.John has worked in both private and public firms with revenues ranging from a $24 million to over $12 billion. John has managed successful accounting system conversions and point of sale system roll outs. He has experience with outsourcing arrangements for accounting, payroll and benefits administration including the “on boarding” and “off boarding” processes.Internally, he has worked closely with all levels of operating management to help them define, articulate, and track key performance indicators for improving operating performance.
