Responsible for the supervision and preparation of contingency plans and policies, participates in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao Grid planning and operations studies to ensure long-term adequacy, reliability and economic operation of the grid transmission system including interconnections. Monitors the compliance of the Regional System Operations management directives and provides technical expertise and acts as resource person to various functional groups.
