Jasmine Celeridad Email and Phone Number
In the field of customer service, everyone strives to go above and beyond to deliver quality service that draws new customers and loyal customers to stay with our company, and this is something that is engrained into me as well. BUT the one thing that makes me different from the way that I would go above and beyond for my customers is my delivery of providing customer service that revolves around this one single word: Consideration. Sometimes, when people think about going above and beyond, they think about doing something big - the "WOW!" factor - but sometimes, what the customer needs and appreciates more are the smallest acts of kindness that shows them that a Customer Agent truly cares about them as human being and not as 'just another customer'. So, bring me onto your team. Let me provide my type of "above and beyond" to your customers - and not just towards them but also to the team."They can't see it, but I can and that's all that matters. They will see it when I bring my idea to life." - A Work In Progress by Connor Franta
