About Jean-Benoît Claude

Currently employed as a research engineer at CNRS, my background is specialized in Material Sciences, especially the elaboration and characterization of materials, mainly on silicon-based technologies. I have worked on several fields such as microelectronics, aeronautics, photovoltaic and nuclear. With 6-year experience in clean-room facilities, bottom-up approaches such as PVD, PECVD or MBE, top-down techniques such as RIE, wet etching or advanced technical characterizations such as SEM, FIB, TEM, EDS have no secrets for me. By nature, I am curious and flexible, and I really enjoyed all my previous experiences.
