As Manager of X-Ray Technologies, my daily duties & responsibilities are vast. These include: Overseeing over 300+ physical & digital security technologies for multiple Fortune 500 Corporations in the US.Overseeing, fixing & repairing proprietary X-Ray units including I-Lane mechanical systems, Multiple different types of X-Ray unit conveyor belt systems & Interroll Roller systems, Leidos X-Ray Machines & CEIA Metal Detectors.Overseeing & providing physical security technologies for high-profile events such as the Grammys & VMAs.In addition, I provide in-person & on-call support for high-profile clients. As manager, I am still actively involved in providing technical support & dispatch my Field Service Technicians both locally & nationwide.

- Building, testing and installing the screening software that works with the X-Ray machines, called “SmartTech” that allows clients with our software to get in touch with retired and active bomb technicians in real time, to prevent unnecessary evacuations of office buildings and airports across the world.- Kept track of incidents or I.T. related issues on a weekly basis with U.S. and International clients ranging from hardware, software and basic networking support.-Installed and programmed desk-phone systems throughout the office building- Packing up and shipping delicate equipment to clients worldwide.

As Field Technician, my responsibilities were to Install, Maintain, Repair & Evaluate telecommunications & broadcasting equipment.In addition I assisted in LAN, WAN & Ethernet connections, Installing Data Racks for our Financial Service Clients, Workstation phones, Running Data Cables throughout the building, & Punch down/terminate Data/Voice Cables
