Zimmer, 257 S.W.3d 504, 511-12 (Tex. App.—Tyler 2008, pet. denied).

Responsible for all stages of prosecution including intake, trial, and appeals. Conducted investigations and witness interviews related to pending cases. Worked extensively with law enforcement. Independently managed a caseload of 200-300 active criminal cases.Tried over 70 criminal cases including prosecutions of murder, manslaughter, robbery, sexual assault, kidnapping, aggravated assault, drug crimes, felony and misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, arson, theft and retaliation. Authored numerous successful appellate briefs including the published case – Graham v. State, 201 S.W.3d 323 (Tex. App.—Houston [14th Dist.] 2006, pet. ref'd).
