The primary responsibility of the Software Implementation Project Manager is to lead a successful onboarding experience or software implementation of Sprout HR and PAYROLL to Sprout's clients. The PM coordinates and project tasks and timelines, maintains project plans and communicates status to clients and internal management team. As a Project Manager, the following are the key responsibilities for the clients handled and for the company:Review to-be business processes and design new business process workflow as required.Work closely with client team members (business process experts) involved in defining the business processes and performing any business process re-engineering required before the application is designed from a technical perspective.Provides updated implementation plans, which may include project schedules, project plans, benchmark metrics, communications documents, follow-up memos, etc.Design the application to meet the business process design and application requirementsValidate the design with the stakeholders to ensure that the design satisfies the requirements.Assist in translating requirements into test conditions.Complete all appropriate documentation required by the developers, testers, deployment team, and service delivery team that will maintain the application.Assist in identifying, solutioning, and prioritizing the gaps that will be filled through customizations or process workarounds.Develop communication and training materials, coordinate and actively participate and monitor user acceptance testing (UAT).Create and conduct system training to system users.The following are the specializations and modules handled:Sprout HR - A comprehensive personnel information storage or 201-file. The primary responsibility of the Implementation Consultant is to train and guide the users of the ERIC system. Works with the clients on systems modification and/or process improvement, providing assessment and consultation. Works closely with the research and quality assurance group coordinating concerns and issues encountered on the client’s site. Involved in on-site consulting, implementation planning, software configuration and training of software applications for clients.As the Team Lead of projects, the following are the involvements and contribution in the systems development and implementation phases:Project Lead - Consultant in charge of financial, DMS and distribution projectsProcess Review - Conduct assessment on client’s current processes and assisted in identifying gaps and proposing solutions. Provide on-site and on-call support to users prior to and after go-live. Participate in internal and external reviews of product artifacts such as Product Design Document, Test Plan and Test cases.
