My mission is to explore innovative solutions to help companies that are developing highly complex point-of-care and clinical diagnostic products, and to tackle tough commercial challenges in technology and market development, product commercialization, and company growth management.As a guest lecturer at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and a published author on business model innovation in highly knowledge-intensive industries, I also bring a strong academic and research background to my role.
