• I oversaw the creation of ConOps Industrial from the idea stage to an organization that was capable of executing projects with peak manpower of up to 5,000 people. The role was a strategic partner to the General.
• Negotiated first collective agreements in both Saskatchewan and British Columbia that provided a competitive and attractive agreement for the business and our employees
• Designed a recruitment and retention plan to attract, onboard and manage up to 5,000 employees on an LNG construction project just outside of Kitimat, BC
• Assisted in the execution of a successful $38 million construction project in Northern Saskatchewan by providing skilled manpower on time with the correct qualifications, ensuring the collective agreement aligned with.
