Served as a liaison within the HQ of DCMA between IT and our Business Partners, interacting with Peers, Customers, and Senior Leaders on a daily basis to keep up with the heartbeat of the Agency. In my role, I am the Field Services Director’s onsite representative to the IT Directors front office. I provide up to the minute information on infrastructure and daily operations status’ to the CIO and Deputy CIO from the perspective of the customer. I build relationships with our internal business partners to strengthen communications, improve processes, and customer outreach.I oversee four teams of highly skilled individuals with three distinct support missions covering tasks ranging from; local & remote desktop support, call center operations, asset and inventory management, problem management, incident management & request fulfillment, project management, operational reporting, root-cause analysis, and equipment lifecycle.Since day one, I’ve immersed myself in Agency level projects to help shape the future of DCMA. Currently I’m working with several projects the most exciting of which are; implementation of a new Enterprise Service Management platform where I am the Project Manager for Hardware Asset Management, and Lean 6 σ Green Belt Project Lead facilitating a team in the first of a multi-generational project to improve service delivery through the reduction of helpdesk call wait times using Continuous Process Improvement methodology.
