Created marketing campaign, messaging, positioning, new web site, and training programs for employees and partners. • Refocused the business from 4 main vertical markets to two, resulting in double digit annual growth in these new markets. • Transitioned business from a direct sales model to a channel oriented sales organization. Revamped partner program and marketing program alignment.• Delivered and maintained list of acquisition target in line with strategy. • Launched a Cloud offering for enterprise smart badges (PIV-I card) targeting the US Government contractor market. Reporting to the CEO, led the product marketing, professional services, customer support and Training organization, 50 people with a budget of $15M. • Reorganized the product team into solutions units, increasing focus on customer value. Significantly improved team morale and efficiency, cut two underperforming products from portfolio.• Implemented and managed company customer advisory council with strategic customers, resulting in a greater engagement with key customers, and significant input into the product roadmap.• Launched ActivID authentication appliance, reducing solution deployment time from 3 months to 1 week. Product line became the fastest growing area of ActivIdentity business with 22% growth year on year for the first 3 years

Managed the Service organization: Professional Services, Technical Support and training. 40 resources across the world. • Grew revenue contribution from 25 to 40% of overall business, by increasing focus on higher value consulting services and streamlining maintenance renewal process. • Reorganized the Customer service team with the creation of an escalation team. Resulted in a 20% increase in customer satisfaction.• Drove the integration of the service team of two acquisitions.

Created and managed ActivIdentity Professional Services organization.• Grown the team from 5 to 22 consultants across the US, Asia and EMEA, generating US$7M of revenue (year 3).
