I 've put my focus on Supply Chain Management, Purchasing and Transport Management. Within Atos Consulting I focussed on innovative Supply Chain Management solutions that cover full integration of processes along supply chains. In 2008 I became a Certified Supply Chain Professional. My assignments covered a wide range of competences: providing support to large manufacturers about how to achieve Supply Chain Excellence, provide business cases for logistic improvements, facilitate workshops to determine the strategy of a company (and its consequences), designing, building and implementing ERP (SAP, Oracle, MfgPro) modules, interim manager of a purchasing department, setting up a business case for a complete redesign of purchasing processes for transport services, defining and reviewing Service Level Agreements, etc., etc. Most of my assignments have been executed for large multinational companies.
