This project includes leading a risk evaluation, drafting requirements for 23 subject areas, drafting over 250 test cases, and reviewing over 2,600 data fields to create a data model- Led an initiative in 2019 / 2020 to evaluate, standardize and improve the VBA enhanced Excel tools used globally by Compensation. Eight tools (including Name Detail Report, Salary Baseline Analysis, and Out of Cycle Salary Tool) were evaluated and 150 improvements were implemented- Partnered with IT in 2019 to automate a complicated employee taxation calculation (sourcing of compensation awards) and overhauled Compensation security access (designed / executed over 150 test cases)
