Built career center from a small office working with about 300 companies to a team of up to 30 FTE professionals providing award-winning career development and consulting services to more than 5,000 employers and 5,000+ business students and alumni. Undergraduate placement rate increased from 38% to 90% during my tenure. Launched an Office of Experiential Learning, including creating a Faculty Advisory Committee to oversee experiential learning at Bauer and integrate projects into all degree programs. Led the recruiting and staffing function for the University of Texas at Austin, including managing a team of nearly 20 professionals handling recruitment for all staff at the university, which was the largest employer in central Texas at the time. I also led the special consideration program for laid-off employees, campus-wide training on recruitment and diversity, the criminal background check processes for the university, the university's in-house temp agency, implementation of a new applicant tracking system and the introduction of a satellite recruiting office off-site at Workforce Solutions.

Built and supervised the college's first MBA Career Services division of the Ford Career Center leading teams of up to 30 full and part-time employees. Advised employers around the country on their MBA recruiting strategies to improve their yield rates. Led the project teams to design, create, test and implement multiple online systems to improve career services. Developed and implemented an MBA Career Development curriculum. Created the college's first International Student Task Force, resulting in changes in staffing and programming that increased recruiting results for international students. Developed programming to start working with newly admitted students as soon as they were enrolled, resulting in increased rates of internship acceptances. Designed and led the college's first MBA student advisory board, resulting in improved policies and processes for students. Led consortium programming with other top-ranked MBA schools resulting in increased recruiting opportunities for students.
