Most recently I successfully developed a training program for The Smith Family, "Developing Sustainable Partnerships with Schools ". The training session was designed to provide participants with knowledge, learnings and strategies to support but also address some of the challenges to creating strong sustainable partnerships with schools. Prior to this work I completed a Feasibility Study in the Pilbara Region in WA for The Smith Family. The key purpose of this work was to determine the feasibility of The Smith Family growing its operations in this region with a view to increased impact, profile and sustainability.Other service delivery projects and training offerings have focused on:- Barriers facing young people to achieve a successful transition from school to work- Supporting schools to attain successful parent engagement- Models of career education for young people- Projects which support mentoring and learning- Developing sustainable school, business, community partnerships.Project work has included grant and report writing, focus group facilitation, business case/feasibility studies, strategic planning, content development and market research.
