The mission of the Phi Sigma Rho Foundation is very near and dear to me. PSRF provides scholarships to sister of Phi Sigma Rho, funding for Dream Days through Dream Girls grants, and much more. As a woman in STEM, I love that my work with PSRF can help bring more women into STEM fields. I started working with PSRF in July of 2019 as the HR Manager. This position helps to update historical documents and onboard new volunteers. I later moved into the Board of Directors as the Secretary in July 2021. The Secretary oversees the HR Manager and manages meetings minutes as well as updates historical documents and manuals. I now volunteer as the Vice President of Strategic Projects, a position that works to fundraise and engage members of Phi Sigma Rho sorority.
