• Daily administration and support of our Salesforce databaseincluding but not limited to managing multiple user setup, profilesand roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, pagelayouts and validations• Working with management, strategic planning & analysis staff andend-users to create and manage complex workflow rules, datavalidation, and triggers• Develop and create customized reports and dashboards• Create and document application requirements by working togetherwith those involved in the development of program enhancementsand changes including program staff, programmers, strategicplanning and analysis staff and/or outside consultants as needed• Manage the software testing process, which includes devising testplans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriatetesting environments and coordinating actual software testing• Keeping abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality andproviding recommendations for process improvements• Train new and existing users on how to use database application• Keep application users informed about system functionality andenhancements;• Provide application users with technical support• Logging and tracking identified system problems through resolution• Creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policiesapplication configuration and help related materials for users asdatabase applications are developed

-Co-Coordinator: execution of the Austin College Experience (ACE) preview event; admitted students are invited to campus for a full day of exploration of our campus and experience with campus clubs and academic departments-Manage 800+ prospective student applications, accompanying students and families through the admission process from when interest is shown to matriculation. I not only guide perspective students within my assigned geographical territories (including: the Greater Dallas area, Rio Grande Valley, Greater San Antonio area, and the Greater El Paso area) but also all perspective students that visit campus-Guide students and families through the financial aid process informing them of institutional and state/federal grants, scholarships, and need-based loans-Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, families, high school college counselors and fellow admissions representatives in order to continue to facilitate a healthy and immaculate admission process -Plan and execute campus-wide visit events, yield practices, and team building exercises with fellow admissions representatives to ensure quality admission standards

Assisted in recruiting, training, and managing 30+ community leaders and volunteers in Grayson County on the skills and strategies of grassroots organizing including phone-banking, canvassing, and neighborhood outreach.

Assisted customers with their electronic needs, while gaining knowledge and experience working with the use and application of electronics.
