As a Finance Senior Manager, I lead an onshore and offshore finance team supporting the Banking Solutions Development organization. Development group has approximately 5,000 global employees and a $365m budget supporting, building, and maintaining the next generation of banking software. I managed the transformation and consolidation of a $365M budget maintained disparately by 50 analysts to a single onshore/offshore finance team creating significant efficiencies, while maintaining high level of general management support.As the finance lead, I perform data analysis to assist in long range planning, communicate with various business partners and executives.
