This encompasses 4 major departments.Retail : -All Buying and negotiating from suppliers. - merchandising and stock control.- management of staff.- oversight of the entire annual golf programme.- overall member and guest satisfaction by providing a wide range of products from the worlds top golfing Brands.Membership:- ensuring the membership and guests of the club have a golfing experience second to none. - responsible for overall membership numbers in the club. Food and Beverage- maintain contractor obligations and overall performance. - creation of a beer garden and snack bar at our 9 hole golf course to increase summer revenues. - supplier agreements and obligations with companies such as Lion breweries, mission estate wines and Coca Cola Amatil. Course and Facilities- managing the Golf course superintendent and his team to create an unrivalled country golfing experience. - ensuring that strong workflow plans are in place for repairs and maintenance of all machinery and clubhouse facilities. Total Financial responsibility for the club. - zero integrations- workforce and payroll integrations- dot golf and light speed subscription requirements. - Heath and Safety Integrations.
