I am an engineering leader who strives to constantly improve.I began my career as a hobbyist musician who dabbled with many forms of technology, and eventually lucked into working on professional audio/video/lighting systems. Somewhere along the way I found my passion in software engineering, and most recently turned to technical leadership. To date, this rewarding and varied career has spanned from nonprofit, to government, to high growth tech sectors. Historically that meant slinging a lot of code and working on many innovative and impactful projects; today, it's more about leading and empowering others as we tackle complex technical solutions. I aim to bring a pragmatic approach to everything I do, and enjoy the thrill of delivering excellence to those I serve. I'm always learning and remain excited for what's to come.Currently, I am a Software Engineering Manager at Cribl, where I spend my time leading a group of skilled engineers as we empower enterprises to unlock the value of all their data.
