As the Financial Analyst for Performance Development Group I handle all financial transactions including: invoicing, AP, AR, payroll, 401k deposits,reconciliations, revenue recognition, and accounting entries for accrual and cash basis reporting. I continue to focus on system and process improvements surrounding the use of company accounting and project accounting software, as well as develop tools using Excel. Additionaly I provide cash-flow projections and actual vs budget and projections to the Managing Partner and Senior Leadership. I work closely with company accountants to aid in tax preparation and planning.

As Controller and Senior Manager with Stadium Grille restaraunts I performed all financial transactions for two restaraunts. As well, I managed a team of managers and staff. I also was part of executive team leading operation improvements, menu changes, customer service and business development.

Worked with team of engineers to create and maintain software connections with third party financial software.
