The vehicle was Designed and Fabricated in 2 weeks. 800 W BLDC motor, 400 W solar panel, and 48V battery system were used. Almost 50% of the component was re-fabricated from Scrap. Like: Differential of Electric 3-wheeler, Steering assembles, and Driver seats of Maruti 800 Car and so on. -

Designed chassis frame. Designed steering system and Brake system (Steering knuckle, Wheel Hub, Caliper mounts, and Brake rotor mounts are some of them). Designed transmission sprocket and gears. The unique body works amongst other competitors using glass fiber.

Effi-Cars: Fabrication EngineerChandigarh University Apr 2016 - Oct 2016Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar District, Punjab, IndiaDesigned and Fabricated an electric car for the competition organized by UIET Chandigarh (National level). Designed the lightest chassis of the competition (16kg). Worked as a Production Engineer along with some electrical engineering parts. A 1.2 KW BLDC motor was used which was powered by 48V Battery. Clearing all the technical inspection, physical testing, and endurance, we secured 3rd rank in the competition.

Go Kart Design Challenge 2015 : Steering System DesignerChandigarh University Jun 2015 - Feb 2016Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar District, Punjab, IndiaDesigned and Fabricated a go-kart for a National Level competition, organized by ISNEE (Indian Society of New Era Engineers). Designed the chassis of the Go-Kart and the technical inspection was cleared on the first attempt. Designed a steering system with an amazing turning radius of 1.6 meters. Briggs and Straton's (127 cc) lawn mower engine was provided by the organizer. CVT was used in the transmission. Succeed to get 7th position in endurance among 54 karts.REF. NO ‐ GKDC/FR/KMS/3520
