My experiences at the Engineers Club have provided the opportunity to advance my creative and innovative skills in food and beverage, as well as engage my high level problem solving ability and collaborative style of management. I convert my continual learning into the training and development of our team in all needed areas of the Club. I have traveled to various South Africa, France and USA wine regions to enhance my knowledge, which I shares with all by conducting seminars such as the club’s Wine Society.I developed and maintain the club’s entire electronic social media interface including the website and weekly and monthly mass communications with all club members. I believe every leader should have authenticity. It is fundamental to the credibility of my leadership example to our team and our members.
