Directly led the finance and information technology teams with responsibility for 27 staff across the organization. Broad scope of responsibility including all accounting, finance, treasury management, tax, planning and financial systems.

Directly led an eight-person senior management team with oversight responsibility for 125 staff across the finance organization. Broad scope of authority including all accounting, financial planning and analysis, and corporate systems activities.

The Company has distribution and manufacturing operations in 11 countries and distribution in an additional 59 countries. Directly led a seven-person senior management team with oversight responsibility for 55 staff across the finance organization. Broad scope of authority including establishing and monitoring of key initiatives and financial metrics, finance function management, operations and commercial growth initiatives, acquisition due diligence and integration, treasury management, risk management and mitigation, compliance, and other executive duties. Other responsibilities included; information technology strategy and management, financial systems and controls, financial planning & analysis, accounting, financial reporting, procurement & subcontracts, banking & investments, and tax reporting & compliance.

Corporate officer and member of senior leadership team for a $950 million consolidated global operation and a leading distributor and manufacturer of high quality sleep products. Responsibilities included establishing and monitoring of key performance measures, managed all accounting, financial, and corporate systems activities, strategic planning and forecasting, implementation and performance of key financial controls, SEC compliance, and other executive duties. Other executive duties included shareholder relations, quarterly earnings guidance and earnings calls and direct interaction with sell side and buy side research analysts.

Experience included managing engagements to provide audit and assurance services to large multinational public U.S. companies, large privately owned companies (including ownership through publicly traded investment funds and joint ventures of other public companies) and mid-size local privately held companies. Experience in assisting clients’ regulatory compliance with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting requirements by providing review services and opining on regulatory filings (annual reports, 144A filings, etc.)Involved in transactional due diligence related to the merger and acquisition of businesses by clients including the identification of purchase price adjustments and identification of internal control deficiencies.
