Team lead for eight architects in different disciplines. Head of solution forum (architectural board) and member of program management. Led organizational change and implementation to provide business streams with operative solution architects to support solution progress. Program entailed both implementation of ERP, card payment solution and new BI with 70 integrated systems as well as business transformation regarding new business models, processes and partner agreements.

Delivered Business Intelligence solutions using MicroStrategy as a BI tool and SQL Server as data warehouse.Responsible for front-end design and architecture in web application and developer in all tiers of the system (SQL Server, BizTalk, data access, business layer, front-end).

Multisoft delivers flexible management information systems. I was responsible for a highly prioritized client and developed a production system which also included warehouse structure and logic, invoicing and planning tools.

Developing a CSP-solver (google for constraint satisfaction problem) for use in vehicle diagnosis. The solver will run as a background-process on an embedded system (ECU) in the truck. It uses software-tests which indicate fault in certain components. Currently the solver is capable of solving any sentential logic "problem". Goal is to optimize the propagation and use as little search as possible, while at the same time minimize memory usage and execution time.

Responsible for the department's website and also dabbled a bit in its network infrastructure.
