John B. Kennedy has over 30 years of diversified experience in the areas of finance and administration, with a proven track record with venture-backed startup and growth stage companies in a variety of industries. Most recently he served as Chief Financial Officer of TriLumina, a leading illumination solution technology company. TriLumina services automotive, industrial and consumer applications. Prior to TriLumina John was Chief Financial Officer of Sprocket Media, Inc. in Pasadena, California. Prior to Sprocket Media he served as Chief Financial Officer of SolarBridge Technologies, Inc., a start-up solar micro-inverter company. Prior to SolarBridge, Mr. Kennedy was VP of Finance and Administration for Primarion, Inc., a leading mixed signal digital power semiconductor company which was acquired by Infineon Technologies. Before joining Primarion he served as Director of Finance at publicly traded ValueClick, Inc. where he headed up Sarbanes-Oxley implementation as well as various M&A activities. Prior to ValueClick he held senior finance and executive positions at Hotpaper.com, Inc., which was sold to publicly traded GoAmerica, Inc., CBR Systems, Inc. and GameTek, Inc., where he was an instrumental member of the leadership team that successfully completed the company’s IPO. He has also provided consulting services in the areas of finance, human resources, fundraising and administration to numerous start-up companies and began his career at KPMG. Mr. Kennedy holds a BS in Accounting and Finance from Elmira College in New York.
