I graduated college with a B.F.A. in Graphic Design and a minor in Photography. I was a level two computer technician in my university's IT department. This job has provided valuable experience in phone and desk-side support, troubleshooting, software support, and hardware maintenance. At my job working at conventions across the U.S., I had the opportunity to help thousands of customers in a fast-paced retail environment. This opportunity further developed my interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. I now work at Apple as a Technical Specialist, providing customer service and troubleshooting support in-store to iOS devices. Since college, I have done various freelance design work for small companies, projects, and private commissions. Being an graphic designer, I have experience in illustration, digital painting, typesetting, identity/ branding, multimedia, interactive design and web. I am fluent in PC/ Mac platforms and have skills in various programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Flash, Dreamweaver, Muse, & Microsoft Office.As a traditional artist I have explored many mediums and specialize in hyper-realistic portraits, illustration, spray paint, gouache, watercolor, digital photography, film photography & film development. Outside of work, I'm a passionate & hardworking artist inspired by travel, nature & my daily surroundings. I aim to bring imagination to life; our imagination creates reality.
