The Blake Wilson Group evolved from my desire to make financing more accessible to everyone, with a specific focus on self employed business owners.For over 12 years, I worked in insurance and risk management as a broker. I pieced together complicated insurance solutions for a vast network of corporate and private clients. I learned how to leverage multiple insurers and develop relationships with underwriters to ultimately package together the best solutions for my clients. I developed a niche working with clients whose operations were complicated to insure, honing a unique approach to a conventional concept.With complex brokering experience under my belt, I returned to Atlantic Canada to help grow our economy through financial brokering. We have access to over 50 banks, lenders and private capital sources. We are not committed to any one lender nor lending program. Financial Analysis:We look at financial statements, projections, tax documents and any other information required to put together your financial snapshot. From there, we tell your story to the lender in a way that resonates.Deal Coordination:Think of us like the project managers assigned to your deal. Not only do we communicate with all advisors involved in the deal (realtors, lawyers, accountants, appraisers, etc.), we ensure all efforts are coordinated and aligned to quickly take advantage of the best solution. We save our clients and partners time, reduce anxiety, and ensure the deal gets done as quickly as possible.Negotiation:We work with multiple lenders to compile term sheets and discussion papers. From there, we negotiate final terms and conditions to get a firm commitment that is always in our clients' best interest.
