I had many roles supporting the North America Finance and Legal Technology group -- Operations Manager, Compliance Lead, Product Lead for Legal and Workplace solutions, and Resource Management. As a member of the leadership team, I had to be adaptable through organizational transitions where responsibilities and IT structure was in flux.

I managed many transitions including integrating Dreyer’s business into Nestlé’s platform for financial systems, moving legacy Dreyer’s employees into Nestlé IT, and implementing a Managed Services model for outsourced resources. Key organizational accomplishments included developing a root-cause resolution culture, implementing consistent Period End Close practices in partnership with business and extended Nestlé IT organization, and preparing team members for changes in role during the above transitions and then for the organizational transition that led to the group being folded into the regional organization.

I facilitated the integration of Dreyer's unique requirements into Nestlé's SAP environment for analytical and operational reporting, trade integration and distributor management.

As part of a small IS leadership team, I managed four application development teams across multiple ERP platforms. Particular focus on strategy and planning for analytical, invoicing, finance and trade management functions. Other responsibilities include Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and other audit compliance, IT contracts review and oversight, vendor management, budget oversight for external services.
