He was responsible for leading several functions including estimating, cost control, schedule management, earned value management, change management, project accounting, risk, contracts and procurement. The team used SAP, Ares Prism (G2), Ecosys, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (ACCE).Mr. Blevins performed Independent Project Reviews, schedule analysis, process improvements, development of project processes and guidelines for Owner organizations and project management training.
