Mr. Blevins completed a 4-year assignment supporting Novus International as the Business Manager (Project Services) for a large Methionine expansion project. He was responsible for leading several functions including estimating, cost control, schedule management, earned value management, change management, project accounting, risk, contracts and procurement. The team used SAP, Ares Prism (G2), Ecosys, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (ACCE).Mr. Blevins performed Independent Project Reviews, schedule analysis, process improvements, development of project processes and guidelines for Owner organizations and project management training. Additionally, he supported various sectors within Shell where he provided project management consulting services to various offshore assets, refineries and chemical facilities.Mr. Blevins was also responsible for Pathfinder's US Gulf Coast Operations including business development, client relations, Houston office oversight and other locally required duties.

Mr. Blevins completed an assignment for Shell Chemical in Mobile, Alabama where he was the Project Controls Manager and Construction Coordinator for a medium-sized capital project.Mr. Blevins completed an assignment for Motiva in Norco, Louisiana where served as the Site Project Controls Team Lead for a capital project portfolio valued at $250MM.Mr. Blevins completed an assignment for Shell Offshore in New Orleans, Louisiana where he served as the Department Manager for Project Services and was also responsible for Project Controls for approximately 50 capital projects within the upstream portfolio.

Seconded Project Controls Manager for Eli Lilly, a pharmaceutical company. Oversaw cost control, scheduling and earned value reporting for engineering, module fabrication and site construction. The project was a $250MM new product dry kit line at a plant in Puerto Rico.
