For more than 12 years, I enjoy working with the Factories, observing, listening, and trying to find digital solutions to their challenges.I never got bored facing new challenges - I started as a Programmer, Team Leader, Project Manager, Head of Systems Development, and CEO (or more likely as Chief Vision Officer, as S. Sinek defined that role)I am very proud of the solutions built for Small Factories, and Large Groups (Pharmaceutical, Automotive and Aircraft, Tobacco, and others), supporting small Improvement Initiatives, and Global Programs.My Engineer nature that tries to understand and resolve every problem sometimes seems to be a curse (ask my wife :-)).It probably won't stop fascinating me what the results can be achieved when the right people are empowered with the correct information - based on this fascination, combined with the love for the Industry, we have built and keep growing Synapstry.
