Snibston Discovery Museum

Leading a project to update core systems within leading heritage centres, including a museum, award winning exhibition on Bosworth Battlefield, a historic house and several other sites I am now nearing completion of a task to enable customers to buy/book online. Also developing a rich understanding of our audiences and interacting with them through a whole.

I lead a small team delivering big increases in the retail, trading and financial management of Leicestershire County Council's Museums. We also administer the Gamma Dataware LeisurePOS system which is used for admissions, retail, catering, theatre and event sales, advanced bookings and a whole range of reporting across six sites.
