For now two years, I've studying In Dr Marc Bilodeau's laboratory the effects of liver's extra-cellular matrix on the survival of hepatitis C virus infected hepatocytes.I had the oportunity to use many different technics in micro-biology, like western-blots, normal and fluorescent microscopy, PCR, Real-Time PCR, a bit of HPLC, 3H-radioactivity, cell culture...This lab was one of the most intersting and friendly I ever had.

The study I had to do has the following title :"C to NS2 proteins cloning and expression, and implications in the hepatitis C virus morphology"In Dr P. Roingeard, I did my DEA (M.Sc. equivalent) doing molecular constructions of DNA.
