Draft billing document preparation for review with project managers, including report of current and job to date project charges versus billings, execution of project manager direction, generation and delivery of invoices, project set-up, budget set-up and maintenance, and review of consultant invoices for budget and billing format accuracy. All performed using Deltek Vision accounting software, with documents and reports downloaded and edited in Adobe Acrobat. Project charges versus project billings reported monthly to Corporate department, and project budgets also maintained on Excel.
