I've been an Inside Sales Rep, Account Manager, Admin Assistant, Shipping Assistant, and a Training/Development Associate. As we grow, I have been given the opportunity to serve as both Operations and Quality Manager for the office. I ensure that all daily tasks in the office run smoothly, I perform incoming/outgoing product inspection as well as parts returned as defects. I am inventory controller, production manager, and creator of SOP and training documents. I've also been dubbed "office barista," given my invaluable experience and background.OPERATIONS MANAGEMENTI oversee all daily operations in the office including logistics and shipping, inventory management, sales workflow, invoicing, and parts and supplies purchases. I also play a leading role in vendor relationships, in-house production and facilities management.
