Continuously meet with enterprise customers to provide training, feedback and assistance in planning, implementing or troubleshooting storage solutions. Most of my external content is located at https://core.vmware.com, https://blogs.vmware.com, or on YouTube. Specializing in content creation, including web, slides, white papers, briefs, videos, etc., used by both internal and external communities. Creating training collateral and questions for VMware storage certification, both internal and external, from level 100 to 300. Closely partner with Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, and engineering in deciding which key storage solutions should be implemented. This includes cross-team collaboration throughout different divisions. In addition to internal collaboration, I work closely with our storage partners to help develop and present collateral for the community. One of my favorite things is presenting and public speaking. I’ve been public speaking for 10 years, and I still strive to improve every time. I’ve spoken at VMworld, Explore, and many storage partner events. Presented on countless webinars, trainings, and meetings. After a speaking class, I found that my “why” is that I like to teach. Anyone who has seen me present knows I spend very little time introducing myself as customers are there to learn about the content and not the presenter.
