- Manage a team of 6 logistics coordinators, 2 support specialists and a special project assistant in day to day door to door transportation logistics work flow. - Oversee the quoting, movement and deliverables for FEMA ocean/air shipments during natural disaster relief- Manage the quoting, movement and deliverables for U.S. CBP domestic commodity door to door shipments which include LTL, FTL, ocean and air movements.- Handle logistics for all DOS1(Origin & Destination only), DOS2(Furniture movement to US Embassies via steamship container), DOS4(domestic baggage), DOS5(airport to international airport baggage), DOS7, DOS11(official vehicles shipping to overseas US Embassies) and DOS13(domestic POV transportation) Tender of Service Department of State shipments- Coordinate the movement of ITGBL baggage and consumables via Air shipments to Iraq.

- Oversee Department of State ITGBL shipments from USA to Post or vice versa in door to door service, up to 150 shipments at any given time- Assign ITGBL approved agents to pack shipments in USA and up to 180 countries throughout the world- Book Ocean Freight and Air Freight for Household Good, Unaccompanied Baggage and Personal Owned Vehicles- Confirm accuracy of weight tickets, inventories, Air Way Bills and Ocean Bill of Ladings in accordance with Department of State regulations- Report key dates and provide all pertinent documents to assigned US Embassy and Transportation Counselor- Assist in training of other coordinators- Complete cost sheets on a monthly basis to determine profit margins for each shipment- Oversee household good and commodity shipments for top NGOs such as ACDI/VOCA and Jane Goodall Institute- Submit detailed bids and required information for United Nations special requests- Move door to door international COD commercial shipments- Submit rates and work logistics for FEMA quote requests with 24 hour lead time

• Oversee code 4(Household goods by sea), code 7(Unaccompanied Baggage by sea) and code T(Household goods by air) shipments inbound to the USA. Cross-trained into overseeing Code J(Unaccompanied baggage by air) in February 2015.• Oversee code 4, code 7 and code T third country shipments• Determine the correct Destination Agent via cost analysis• Arrange service members for delivery• Audit files for billing mistakes• Handle and settle all claims under $1,000• Adjust claim due to lack of evidence or by finding a suitable replacement item
