Responsible for standardization of service efforts by Virtual Chief Information Officers and Client Success Managers across all corporate locations. Oversees Inside Sales department. Assists in developing and implementing strategic efforts for operational excellence across our company.

Direct liaison between business executives and technical support team. Management of all facets of client networks, including direction of support teams to carry out projects and system failure remediation. Trusted resource for all things technical, regularly discussing evolving business needs and designing the IT plan to fit them, within budget. Clients display a wide breadth of need, representing multiple industries, such as manufacturing, healthcare, non-profit, and retail.

Administered and supported the company's technological needs, including all corporate websites, desktops, servers, networking, applications, and telephony (both office-based and cellular) across 3 locations in North America. Additionally, I created and maintained database-driven web apps for internal staff. Basically anything with an on/off switch was my domain. Direct support of all IT needs for over 200 staff with wide ranging use cases.

Provided helpdesk and server support for the Tennessee and Chicago offices. Also provided remote support for offices in Buenos Aires, Argentina; Mexico City, Mexico; and Sao Paulo, Brazil. Helped to create the company's first intranet portal in 2002.
