Responsible for developing curricula for part 61 flight instruction, instruct students in a classroom setting, conduct part 61 training flights, determine student proficiency, report on student progress and develop new teaching methods.

Logistics position consisting of trip quoting, set up, flight following and close out activities for dedicated air charter operations. Responsible for updating the Grand Aire System database as needed when new information becomes available, and collecting and recording billing information for trips.

Stationed in the dispatch office; job duties included handling aircraft rental and billing. In charge of the management of aircraft inspection schedule to ensure aircraft availability. Responsible for training new employees on the basics of dispatching/line service. Required to monitor the daily flight schedule and ensure aircraft are ready for departures; fueled, cleaned, and positioned.

Stationed at a particular ride location; job duties included managing the daily operation of an amusement park attraction. Responsible for guest questions, issues, and complaints; specifically to help resolve different situations in a positive manner. Required to train and manage a crew of 30 plus employees on the safe and efficient operation of a particular ride unit. Responsible for effective and efficient daily communication with park management and supervision. Fully trained at various ride locations including Magnum XL-200, Mantis, and Millennium Force.

Successfully managed the location in the absence of a full-time manager including, but not limited to; inventory control, cash management, guest service, scheduling, hiring and training employees, etc.
