As a Product Owner I bridge the gap between product strategy and development for the corporate homebanking. I manage and prioritize the product backlog, define user stories, and communicate with the development team and stakeholders to ensure the success of each project. Our team is mainly responsible for international banking services, wire transfers, currency exchange and trade finance.I am responsible for delivering innovative solutions that meet the defined needs and expectations.

Responsible for ensuring the continuous evolution of the Bank's corporate digital channels, as well as establishing business processes, from their conception, to the design, development, implementation, and monitoring. We thrive to promote the omni-channel convergence in processes and solutions, integrating new commercial offers in the digital channels. Specially in new developments, it is crucial to communicate and manage every transformation with all the potentially impacted areas of the Bank, while maintaining the focus on the Customer's User Experience. To guarantee the best possible outcome we define and monitor customer’s experience evaluation indicators. Another critical aspect is the technical evolution of the bank’s systems and data bases, while guaranteeing its security and operational stability.

Monitor the development of new features of the Bank's websites and Apps. Check the functional availability of the internal services, promoting, in articulation with other areas, the solution and response to anomalies. Provide the necessary information to clarify operational issues related to these services. Propose the priorities for the evolution of the services and ensure the existence of a strategic vision, permanently and updated, for the service and its position in the global strategy of the bank.

Ensure the relationship with customers and non-customers through the remote communication channels, namely telephone and e-mail. Provide Banking information and operations support.Monitor and check the functional availability of the various services.
