Perform full cycle project management from inception (plans in) to completion (follow up) to include project assignment, job tracking, pricing, presentation, procurement and installation. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure project viability and client satisfaction. Manage 6 direct reports and 20 subordinates in the daily management of the Operations Department. • Coordinate with the COO to perform forecasting, cash flow projections, revenue recognition reporting.• Conduct performance reviews for department managers and conduct quarterly initiative meetings for each department. • Assure all client obligations, both financial and contractual have been met prior to installation. • Perform account management for select regional clients to include presentation, site visits and customer service.
